TO THE VACANCIES
The first step is done
After receipt of your application, you will automatically receive a confirmation of receipt by e-mail from us. Your application documents will be forwarded directly to the relevant department for review. This pre-selection usually takes one to two weeks.
Nice to meet you
If your documents meet with our interest, we will invite you to an initial interview, which serves to get to know each other and usually lasts 30 – 60 minutes. Depending on the nature of the position, further interviews may take place thereafter, with an even stronger focus on professional topics.
Welcome to the team
Once all the talks have been successful and the details of the contract have been discussed, all that’s left to say is, “Welcome to the team!” We’ll help you feel at home right from the start. Learn more about our onboarding program.
Orientation with system
The first day at work is always exciting – for both sides. To ensure that everything works well and you quickly feel at home with us, you will receive a systematic orientation.
You will be assigned a mentor who will be your contact person for any questions you may have during your induction phase. A detailed induction plan will give you a personal insight into the processes and interrelationships of the company.
